There is already a good chance that Apple’s iPhone 14 line-up will be its most vibrant ever.
New reports claim that Apple’s next iPhone 14 series will have a purple colour option and quicker charging than prior models.
Jioriku, a user who prefers to remain anonymous on Twitter, has revealed that the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro will be available in a purple colour option instead of the standard Sierra Blue. There are other colours mentioned in the tweet, including “Green, Purple, Silver, Gold and Graphite.”
Green, Purple, Blue, Black, White, and Red will be available in the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max models respectively. We’re all upset, as usual, that there isn’t a red Pro model available.
Even while it may only be for brief periods of time, the same leaker, as a part of a broader discussion about the iPhone 14 series, also says that the new smartphones will enable 30W charging for the first time. It is possible that the next iPhones may “drop down to 27-25W” after a short time, but that will still charge faster than existing devices like the current greatest iPhone charging speeds.
Because Apple is not expected to provide a 30W charger in the package, users who want to get the most out of their smartphones will have to purchase one separately. For individuals who prefer wireless charging, these speeds are solely applicable to wired charging. MagSafe charging is limited to a maximum of 15W, whilst wireless charging is limited to 7.5W.
Of course, we won’t have to wait long to find out whether what we’ve heard is accurate. The iPhone 14 is scheduled to be unveiled by Apple in September. This leaker has been accurate in the past, but until Apple makes an announcement next month, all reports should be regarded with a grain of salt.
